Vertical Ridge trades exclusively on the Hyperliquid Exchange, which means that every single trade action taken is preserved on the blockchain.  A Private Client receives the trading wallet addresses used by Vertical Ridge so that he/she can follow every trade & monitor their trade capital balance in real time.

Vertical Ridge publishes tweets that include screenshots, predictions and transaction hashes on his Twitter account.  Each tweet is numbered as proof that Vertical Ridge did not delete or publish new data after the fact.  When referencing specific trades, he includes the transaction links, which can be used to verify each trade presented, as well as the trade wallet balance/performance.

To simplify this process for Private Clients, Vertical Ridge will provide a monthly statement that includes a ledger of every trade taken on a client's behalf, including the blockchain link that can be used to verify the data.  This completely transparent presentation is superior to an audit: the real, raw data cannot be faked, edited or opined.

Vertical Ridge is the innovator of the Risk-Stabilized Daily Range Capture trade strategy.  Simply stated, this trade methodology is an efficient approach to capture intraday asset transitions from probable supply and demand zones.  For more information and trade examples, you may download the Offering Document.

Risk-Stabilized Daily Range Capture (“RSDRC”) is a strategy of managed market trading operations and is subject to the normal risks associated with trading digital currencies and perpetual (non-expiry) futures contracts in a public marketplace.

By design, RSDRC exposes an investor to a maximum fixed equity risk equal to 1.000% of capital per trading period of 24 hours. This risk may be realized and an Investor may lose up to this amount if there is a lack of sufficient daily volatility (approximately 2.336%) on the SOL-USD currency pair. This exhaustion and realized loss is calculated at a probability of less than 10.150%, but an Investor should be aware that he/she may experience multiple occurrences as part of a normal long-term investment. Vertical Ridge is not able to directly influence, generate, predict or time daily volatility, and therefore cannot guarantee its presence at any particular point in time. Instead, his job is to position the RSDRC strategy to maximize profit opportunity when the volatility becomes present and/or resumes.

Invested funds are custodied using a dual multi-signature hardware storage array that includes multiple cold and hot wallets on the Arbitrum blockchain, as well as multiple live trade and/or vault wallets on the Hyperliquid exchange and blockchain. For privacy reasons, multiple deposit, transfer and withdrawal addresses are used, which protects an Investor’s privacy and reduces the risk of malicious phishing and/or wallet poisoning attacks. An Investor may lose a portion of funds if any of these wallets are compromised. Other than the initial deposit period (which may last up to 24 business hours), invested funds are not contained within a single address (point of failure) in order to minimize custodial risk.

An Investor should be aware that all RSDRC trades are executed on the Hyperliquid Exchange and are subject to operational issues and/or failures of this entity, which are outside the control of Vertical Ridge.

Vertical Ridge only collects the following information from you: (1) an email address and (2) a deposit wallet address.  These records are received by encrypted message that is handled by Tutanota.  The data is stored on an encrypted virtual machine using the Cryptomater encrypted vault system.  The encryption keys to unlock your data are stored on an air-blocked device that requires two mental passwords known only to Vertical Ridge and two additional contacts of succession (each knowing only a single password).   Your data is not exposed to any third party software, vendor or person.
